Houston rapper and renowned producer BeatKing, also known as Justin Riley, has tragically passed away at the age of 39.

BeatKing, famous for his powerful and distinctive style, gained widespread recognition with viral hits like "Then Leave" and "Thick." The sad news was confirmed on Instagram by his manager, Tasha Felder, though the cause of his death has not yet been disclosed.

"BeatKing has been the heartbeat of the club scene for over a decade," Felder wrote. "He has collaborated with countless artists, and his unique sound will continue to live on. He loved his daughters, @clubgodparenting, his music, and his fans. We will love him forever."
Tributes poured in from fellow artists, including Bun B, who shared a heartfelt message on social media: "It's always the good ones. Damn, this hurts. Just a great-spirited person.
